EduPortal® eLibrary Subscription Includes
One Author license**, training and account maintenance. The Author is responsible for managing your district's documents within the EduPortal® eLibrary. Author tasks include uploading files, creating folders and maintaining documents during the subscription term.
*Storage Space Guidelines 2 GB is equivalent to approximately 120,000 Microsoft Word pages converted to Adobe PDF format. Scanned documents, translations or files containing graphics, colored text or images will be larger and require more storage space. To help determine the amount of storage space your district may require, we recommend that you contact us to describe the document collections you wish to post to the EduPortal eLibrary. The storage requirement will vary depending upon the formats included within your document collection (i.e. Microsoft Word, PDF, scanned paper documents, color images, etc.).
**Additional Authors
in addition to the one author license included with the service level selected, a district can purchase Author access for
more individuals, as needed. For each additional Author, there is a one-time $150 fee required for account set-up and training.
Additional Authors can be added at any time.
