The Section 504 Compliance Collection offers forms, notices and letters in English and Spanish to communicate Section 504 requirements and processes with staff and parents. Guidance documents are provided to help you evaluate your current program against Section 504 rules and regulations.
Your district’s Section 504 evaluation team will also have the capacity to access and keep a record of expert guidance in nine Section 504 compliance areas. The evaluation teams will be provided with experienced recommendations and the OCR requirements for their student evaluation process.
