TransACT’s Online Enrollment Center

We have recently added a new storefront feature to the Compliance & Communication Center that allows first-time and renewing customers to quickly update their subscriptions online. You can easily view your existing subscriptions and subscription history, as well as details for any other TransACT services if you are seeking information for a product upgrade.

Armed with a Purchase Order number or a credit card, you can complete your order or renewal within minutes.

To locate the Compliance & Communication Center storefront, click on the Subscribe button located under the “Subscribe Today” section in the left column of www.transact.com.

Customer Support Enhancements

The success of our customers is paramount at TransACT. In an effort to better assist your district, we are now providing a team approach to customer care. This will allow us to provide optimal support for your district and ensure you are receiving the training and support that you need to be successful while using our services.

While Implementation Specialist Jennifer Castle (jennifer@transact.com) will continue to provide training and implementation support, Cindy Barnes (cindy@transact.com) will serve as your Account Manager to provide ongoing account support by assisting in the development of timelines and goals, as well as assisting with the renewal process.

As always, technical support will be managed by our Customer Care team and available through our LiveHelp system Monday – Friday from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
