

If you know that your district currently receives TransACT services, but you have not received an invitation or a link to register, follow the steps below to register a new username and password.
1. Select Subscribe that appears at the top of the TransACT website (www.transact.com).
A new window opens for the TransACT Online Store.
2. Select to SUBSCRIBE NOW as a New Visitor.
Don't worry, you are not truly 'subscribing', nor will you need to pay.
3. Select your State. Click Next.
4. Select your County. Click Next.
5. Select your District.
6. One of the following messages will appear if your district currently subscribes* to TransACT services:
Your district has an existing account with TransACT. In order to access the TransACT Compliance & Communication Center and access your district's current subscriptions, you must register for personal access by clicking the link below.

Your district has an existing account with TransACT. In order to access the TransACT Compliance & Communication Center and access your district's current subscriptions, please fill out the "Request an Invitation" form below.
7. Click once on "HERE" to register -OR- complete the fields to "Request an Invitation."
Depending upon your district's subscription, you will:
Register for access by providing your name and contact information, plus your email address (username) and preferred password. Click the Register button. Upon submission, you will have immediate access to the website.

Request an invitation from your district's TransACT Primary Contact (or TransACT Coordinator) for access to the website. Provide your name, title and email address and click the Next button. The Primary Contact will receive an email from you with a request to register. If the Primary Contact approves of your request, you will receive an email with instructions to complete registration.
*If you do not see an existing account message and are requested to enter Account Information, it means that your district does not currently receive services through TransACT or has not yet activated prepaid services (available with a statewide or ESA purchase). Please contact TransACT for additional assistance.
