IDEA 2004 Parent Notifications
Reauthorization of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 has created many complex new changes for special education. Districts were required to be prepared to implement the new law by July 1, 2005.
In an effort to help districts, TransACT presents a new collection of more than 30 parent notices and letters that reflect the new and modified requirements contained in IDEA 2004 – at a cost substantially less than doing it yourself.
To help districts and schools comply with IDEA 2004 Parent notification requirements in multiple languages, we offer broad compliance coverage spanning many key program categories:
- IEP Meetings and Attendance
- Discipline and Manifestation Determination
- Due Process Complaints
- Resolution Session and Mediation
- Highly Qualified Special Education Teacher
- Early Intervening Services
- Private School Consultation
This collection is available in six languages and includes the powerful IDEA 2004 RoadMap an online diagnostic survey that creates customized site compliance plans to help ensure that you send the right documents at the right times. Plus, users benefit from access to the latest OSERS guidance, National Resources from USDOE, and accountability & compliance tools.
