Live Help

TransACT offers Live Help, a live online chat support service, to our valued subscribers. After you login to the website, use Live Help to connect real-time to one of our helpful Customer Care Representatives.

Live Help is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST.

The Live Help operator may wish to contact you by telephone depending upon the issue you wish to discuss. Please have a telephone number ready, in the event a person-to-person conversation can provide you with greater assistance.

To use Live Help, log in to the Compliance & Communication Center. The Live Help button is located in the upper right corner of your screen. A new window will appear. Please provide your name, email address, school district name and state. You will be connected with a support representative within seconds. Or, you may simply click here to access Live Help.
