TransAct hosts Carol Salva for the live webinar “Peer-to-Peer Interaction in Remote Environments: Success for Diverse Populations”

Online learning presents many challenges for learners. The challenges for English learners (ELs) and other student populations are also significant. Extenuating circumstances like the COVID-19 pandemic have exacerbated these challenges and reduced or eliminated peer-to-peer interaction in remote environments. Culturally and linguistically diverse students need opportunities to collaborate with peers, draw from previous knowledge and contribute to the learning of the class.

In this free on-demand webinar, you’ll learn:

    • Benefits of peer-to-peer interaction for diverse student populations
    • Challenges instructors face when operating in a remote environment or online learning
    • Strategies to facilitate peer-to-peer interaction and create success for diverse populations
