With the Dispatch module, you can easily and efficiently manage the day-to-day challenges associated with running routes, including driver and vehicle substitutions, real-time visibility into the routes as they run, and communication with parents and drivers.
The Dispatch module consists of two components: Trip Preparation and Trip Operation. SafeDriver360 tablets are recommended so that real-time bus locations and student check-in/check-out of buses can be viewed.
Ensure drivers are well-informed by automatically sending route changes to the SafeDriver360 tablets and providing updated route sheets. Districts not using tablets can easily print revised route sheets, including routes with temporary changes, ensuring everyone has the latest route information.
Approved driver leave requests are shown in DriverHub so you can assess their impact on scheduled routes and assign substitute drivers as needed. Push updated routes to drivers' SafeDriver360 tablets and notify substitutes via text or email for streamlined communication and increased driver satisfaction.

The Vehicle Maintenance module seamlessly integrates with the Dispatch module, immediately indicating to dispatch when a vehicle is unavailable and providing a drop-down list of available vehicles to help you efficiently ensure route coverage.
Streamline responses to parents and respond to staff inquiries by quickly accessing real-time information on each bus's location, completed stops, and student check-ins/check-outs (if SafeDriver360 tablets are used). Additionally, effortlessly identify deviations from planned routes through the comprehensive GPS history feature, saving valuable time.
The Vehicle Maintenance Module makes it easy to ensure your vehicles stay in service. Stay on top of repairs through integrated vehicle work order tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, and both inspection and parts management.
The Driver Management Module provides administrators with the ability to easily track and access driver-related information relevant to your operations using custom fields, forms, and panels. Customize job and pay codes, track driver time, and apply rules to the resulting time recorded (based on work guarantees or varying rates).

The Eligibility Module automates the pre-routing process for students, using a combination of student data from your district’s student information system (SIS) and school policies you’ve defined within the system to automatically determine each student’s eligibility to ride the bus.
