ESSA State Plans provide educators with information about how the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) will be implemented in their state. 

September 18, 2017 was the final deadline for states to submit their state plans for approval by United States Department of Education, and there are some significant changes for English Learner(EL) programs.
